Wal-Mart Yodeling Kid Performs At Coachella And Attendees Love Him

Whethan posted a photo of yodel boy, whose real name is Mason Ramsey, dressed in his iconic cowboy hat, blue jeans, and little red bow tie.

Mason is already booked for the Grand Ole Opry - a week-long country music festival in Nashville, Tennessee - on Saturday, which is when Post Malone is scheduled for Coachella.

Mason took the interwebs by storm two weeks ago, when a video of him singing his acapella rendition of Hank Williams' 1948 hit "Lovesick Blues" in the middle of Walmart was uploaded to Twitter. Since then the video has more than 5.5 million views.

Mason Ramsey, an 11-year-old Illinois-native, is riding his momentum as a viral sensation straight to Coachella 2018.

Mason said he wants to go to college once he becomes a famous singer, and to make this dream of his come true, his local Walmart chose to give him a scholarship of fifteen thousand dollars.

Still, there's always someone who doesn't appreciate the best things in life. Justin Bieber was also there to watch The Yodeling Boy and loved every moment of it.

This is just the first of major performances that are expected to grace the stage this year.

He went on to explain he always sings at Walmart "because that's the only store we've got".
