The people behind this initiative have not been identified yet, but their letters are distinguished by a hateful speech: "They have hurt you".

Counter Terrorism Policing North East are coordinating the investigation at this time and will consider any potential links to existing enquiries. "Specialist officers have been called and the package will be assessed".
