CBS says more work needed before Stormy Daniels interview airs

CNN's source alleges that it is for that reason that Trump has not been tweeting about Stormy.

Once a new agreement is signed, the letter said, Clifford would also be able to use and publish any text messages, photos and videos relating to Trump that she might possess.

When Donald Trump Jr. was asked about Stormy on Monday, March 12, the president's son continued to eat his ice cream and tell reporters that they weren't speaking about the Daniels topic at the moment, as reported by the Inquisitr.

Daniels, an adult film actress whose real name is Stephanie Clifford, was paid $130,000 by Trump attorney Michael Cohen through a private LLC weeks before the 2016 election, and because Trump failed to sign the "hush agreement" regarding an alleged affair, Daniels' lawyers said in a lawsuit that the agreement to stay silent about her alleged encounter with the business magnate is invalid. Avenatti wondered aloud why the public hasn't heard anything from Trump about the Daniels controversy, with the lawyer calling the situation uncomplicated and asking, "What are they hiding?"

The source said Trump is being told by advisers not to fight Daniels' decision to break a confidentiality agreement because it would make him look guilty.

And it would require the agreement be signed by all parties, including the president, who did not put his name to the previous nondisclosure deal.

Avenatti told CNN's "New Day" last week that Clifford would "absolutely" pay back the $130,000 if she was allowed to speak about the alleged affair.

Cohen has acknowledged making the payment, but has denied the affair took place. She reportedly taped an interview with CBS's 60 Minutes during which she made new claims about Trump.

The possibility of Daniels owning any pre-existing images/videos of Trump engaged in any lewd acts would definitely be a presidential first; however, he hasn't exactly fit the diplomatic politician mould throughout his short tenure in office. CNN's source reportedly said that the Stormy controversy could be more damaging to President Trump than any Russian Federation controversy.

"It has been reported there will be an injunction to prevent it from running", Rhodes said.
