Neymar Will Play For Real Madrid One Day, Says Marcelo

Neymar only completed his world-record €222million transfer to Paris Saint-Germain last August but the Brazil global has already been linked with a sensational switch to Madrid.

While becoming the best at Barcelona is virtually impossible (if not actually impossible) due to Lionel Messi being there, Neymar believed PSG would be able to make him the best player around.

The Barcelona Talisman was recently asked if he agrees with Ronaldo but appears to hold a different opinion to his long-term rival.

However, no move to Paris ever materialised, and six years on Ronaldo is still plying his trade with Real, winning four Ballon d'Ors since the reported conversation took place.

But while Ronaldo turned 33 last Monday, he is far from finished.

Every time we face an opponent of the highest level, we have to be 150% focused and show a lot of energy on the pitch. He has won eight trophies since replacing the unpopular Rafa Benitez in the Madrid dugout, including an unprecedented five in one calendar year in 2017.

Unai Emery's men were paired with Madrid in a mouth-watering tie but should they go all the way to the final in Kiev, Cavani wants to follow in the footsteps of Zidane - whose famous volley lit up Madrid's 2002 win over Bayer Leverkusen - and Mandzukic, who produced a stunning bicycle kick as Juventus were beaten by Los Blancos in Cardiff past year.
