Sony takes the covers off yet more headphones at CES 2018

The availability of Sony MDR-1AM2 is set for this spring and the price for these headphones is $299.99.

Sony's two latest headphones under the 1000X range offers a lot, with the priority on the active noise cancellation. "Now you can get in the zone with great quality sound - without the distractions - at a noisy gym or on a run", said Dunja LaRosa, Director, Head of Mobile Audio Business at Sony Electronics, North America.

The three earphones heading our way include the WF-SP700N, WI-SP600N and the WI-SP500, though the SP500 earphones don't appear to include the Google Assistant support.

Last up is the funkiest-looking set of the bunch - and that's saying something since the truly wireless buds are very. The WH-H900N, WH-1000XM2, WI-1000X and WF-1000X will also be receiving an update to enable Google Assistant, so look out for that update. They're created to let in the ambient noise around you so you can still hear your music, but keep an ear out on what's happening around you. They will be available in the same four colors for $149.99. The WI-SP600N neckbuds also offer noise cancellation to drown out the clanking of weights and machines at the gym, and they've got the same IPX4 splash-proof rating. The WI-SP500 model will be priced at $79.99 MSRP and available from Spring 2018. The Assistant can help you get things done, listen to music, hear your incoming messages, make calls and more.

With IPX4 rating, the headphones are good enough to protect themselves from those sweaty workouts.
