As expected, the HTC U11 EYEs is a mid-range smartphone, which resembles the company's U11 Plus flagship quite a bit. The new device is now available for AED 2849 at selected stores in the UAE, including the HTC regional e-commerce store. The phone is powered by a 64-bit octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 652 SoC, coupled with 4GB of RAM. It is a dustproof and waterproof device as it features a IP67 rated chassis. With less or no new things to be deciphered about the U11 EYEs. It offers an aspect ratio of 18:9 and a Full HD+ resolution of 2160 x 1080 pixels. The display is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 3 technology.

The U11 EYEs inherits the same 12-megapixel UltraPixel 3 rear-mounted camera that is available on the HTC U11. The users will be able to add more storage by adding a microSD card.

On the software front, HTC has include Android 7.1 Nougat on-board with Edge Sense, Face Unlock, voice assistant, AR stickers and more software customisations. The smartphone features excellent specifications, sans the two-year-old Snapdragon 652 chipset. The tweet also suggests this phone will have 64GB of inbuilt storage expandable via microSD card.
