Friday night: Mostly cloudy, with a low around 10.

There's a chance some in Alabama could see snow on Friday. Areas of fog. Otherwise, cloudy, with a high near 43.

Thursday - A chance of rain, mainly after noon.

Right now, it looks like the heaviest rain from this system will arrive Friday night and Saturday morning as low pressure tracks over or just northwest of our area. Chance of precipitation is 70 percent. Cloudy, with a low around 57.

Sunday: Sunny, with a high near 45.

MONDAY: Partly cloudy with increasing clouds. This cold air will slowly push west (through the gaps of the Divide) and act as a focus for snow development.

There is a slow moving front across the middle part of the country.

Wind chills are forecast to drop as low as minus 35 degrees late Wednesday into Thursday morning. Temperatures will be slightly cooler than today in the mid 40's for daytime highs. We will have some scattered late day showers.
