It was also speculated that LG V30 would be launched at an estimated price of Rs 47,990.

LG released the V30 and V30 Plus months ago, with the flagship-singular in this case, as the only difference between the two devices is increased internal storage memory-getting mostly positive reviews. The event will be held in Delhi on December 13.

Talking about key specifications, the smartphone comes loaded with a 6-inch QHD+ P-OLED FullVision display with a screen resolution of 2880 x 1440 pixels and it bears an aspect ratio of 18:9. It has very thin bezels on the top and bottom. The display comes with Corning Gorilla Glass 5 protection and offers a pixel density of ~537 PPI. There's an always-on display feature and a 32-bit Hi-Fi Quad DAC for immersive audio.

Under the hood, the smartphone includes a Qualcomm Snapdragon chipset, 4GB of RAM and 128GB of storage, with the option to expand to 2TB with the MicroSD. For security, the company has added face recognition, voice recognition, which uses a combination of user's voice and user-defined keywords to unlock the smartphone, and fingerprint sensor. It bears in a 32-bit Hi-Fi Quad DAC powered by Bang & Olufsen with few sound presets like enhanced, detailed, bass, and live. The camera has laser detection AF, OIS (Optical Image Stabilisation) and EIS (Electronic Image Stabilization). Running Android 7.1.2 Nougat operating system, the smartphone is powered by an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 825 processor with Adreno 540 GPU. The camera supports 4K recording at 30 fps with manual controls.
