Unnamed actress sues Harvey Weinstein over sexual battery

Weinstein is sued over charges of sexual battery and gender violence.

"Mr. Weinstein has further confirmed that there were never any acts of retaliation against any women for refusing his advances", the spokesperson added. At some point, Weinstein allegedly asked he if he could masturbate in front of her, an offer she says she declined.

In the court documents, filed on Tuesday, the actress said that she met the 65-year-old film producer in 2011 and kept in contact with him in every few months over the following years after the producer offered to help with her acting career.

Weinstein's rep tells us he denies any allegations of non-consensual sex.

The court documents claim that the actress and Weinstein met again at the same hotel in 2016, when she thought she would be celebrating her upcoming role in the show, thereby "giving her the impression that she had been chosen for the part".

This time she says he excused himself and came back in nothing but a robe before holding her down and forcing cunnilingus on her.

The actress said she told him to stop, but due to his strength and weight, he was able to overpower her and force himself on the woman.

Furthermore, Harvey can't speak to anonymous allegations but denies all of them outright, and any relationships he's had have been consensual. "After he withdrew, he gripped her with one hand while using his other hand to masturbate", the documents state.

According to E! News, the woman has alleged Weinstein of sexually assaulting her in his hotel room after agreeing to meet him to discuss a movie role. During that meeting she alleges she was raped.

She's seeking damages an injunction that would bar Weinstein and TWC from "engaging in similar conduct toward other women". "Plaintiff finally broke free from his grasp and immediately left the bedroom and suite".

The actress, who claims to have never got the "Marco Polo" role, is suing Harvey Weinstein and The Weinstein Company saying that the company was aware of his pattern of using the promise of jobs to coerce actresses to engage in sexual acts.

Meanwhile, police in the United Kingdom have widened their investigation into Weinstein to include allegations of sexual assault by seven women.

He is now under investigation by NYPD, LAPD, Scotland Yard and the Beverly Hills police.
