They play Qarabag on Wednesday, looking to qualify for the Champions League last 16, before visiting Liverpool on Saturday afternoon.

The Blues travel to Azerbaijan hoping to qualify for the knock-out stages of the Champions League. This is a very similar situation to when we faced Manchester City. The Premier League calendar is heading into the most congested part of the schedule, so it's more than likely Conte is just adding to the chorus of disaffected voices asking for a little more sanity during the scheduling. If I call a young player during a World Cup qualifier it means that I think this is one thing.

"If you want to try to fight for the title, it's very important to win and not to drop points".

Conte said,"It's a pity that a player had to pay for this misunderstanding, Drinkwater was very honest and he doesn't deserve to be attacked from the press or from the people because he was very honest".

Conte believes that his team's 1-0 loss to City at Stamford Bridge, after they had a day's less rest, is proving pivotal.

A convincing 4-0 victory, courtesy of goals from Alvaro Morata, Eden Hazard (2) and Marcos Alonso handed Chelsea all three points, but their boss wasn't completely happy.

Kante is recovering good form and you know very well the importance of these players for us. We had a lot of problems and also we're trying to change something in the tactical aspect, to find different solutions.

The Blues will have David Luiz back in the squad for the trip to the Hawthorns. "He's playing with great maturity".

"They were a very good team last season".

"I must be honest: I think Tony Pulis is a really good manager", said Conte. This game became easy because we started very strong, with great concentration and desire to win.
