Pumpkin spice? How about a Buffalo sauce latte, asks Tim Hortons

The Canadian fast-food chain is debuting the Buffalo Latte.

To honor Buffalo's bold signature flavor and celebrate the launch of the new espresso line-up, select Tim HortonsRestaurants in Buffalo, NY are introducing a Buffalo Latte.

Whether the mere thought of combining buffalo wings with coffee makes you salivate or induces a bit of nausea, one thing is for sure: this is ideal for early-morning tailgating.

The lattes include espresso, steamed milk, a dash of sugar and buffalo sauce flavor.

According to the Chicago Tribune, other new latte flavors are also being tested, such as caramel, vanilla, mocha and pumpkin spice (of course) before launching in other markets.

The creative concoction promises to combine a pair of cross-border flavors, mixing the addictive taste of Canada's favorite coffee with America's favorite hot wing topping. Stephen Goldstein, regional president of Tim Hortons U.S., said in a news release.

The Buffalo Latte starts at $2.79 and will be offered at two Tim Horton Buffalo restaurants located at 4849 Transit Road in Depew, New York and 3470 Main Street in Buffalo, New York while supplies last.

Stephen Goldstein, regional president of Tim Hortons U.S. said the chain concocted the freakish drink to celebrate the birthplace of the famous wing sauce.

The reactions to this "sweet and spicy treat" have been mixed.
