Four arrests made in case of missing Lancaster teen

FBI & Police at home in Oak Cliff where they have confirmed they found the body of 13 yr old Shavon Randle.

There is now a large police presence outside of the home near the intersection of East Kiest Boulevard and East Illinois Avenue as police continue to investigate.

Lancaster police say 24-year-old Devontae Owens, who was named earlier in the week as one of four persons of interest, was apprehended by police and FBI Saturday. Randle disappeared around 10:30 a.m. Wednesday from her aunt and uncle's house.

Two other people of interest, Laporshya Polley, 25, of Dallas, and Darius Fields, 26, Glen Heights, were questioned on Friday about Randle's disappearance, a spokeswoman with the City of Lancaster said. Police are still looking for 19-year-old Michael Titus. Amber Alert still active.

According to police, a family member said they received a call from an unknown male who said he was holding the girl against her will.

"We have positively identified the young female is Shavon Randle". "She's just bubbly. A lot of joy".
